Main issues are discussed in the General Board, composed of  25 members which are elected every three years by the General Meeting of the associates.
Among  these members are elected the President and Vice-president of the Board.
The Board of Directors is composed by the President, the Vice-president, the Director of Production & Marketing and the Director of Administration and Finance.
